Kanpur: A man has been arrested for allegedly raping his 14-year-old daughter of friends.
The incident that lasted about six months ago, was revealed after the girl’s father filed firs with Babupurwa police on Sunday.
He was accused that a family friend raped his little daughter, because of the grounds to give him an elevator in the car.
The defendant also threatened to kill him if he told him about his parents.
After that, he had exploited him sexually on several occasions.
Four days ago, when the survivor’s condition deteriorated, his family members took him to the hospital, where doctors confirmed he was two months pregnant.
In the Father’s complaint, Babupurwa police on Sunday arrested the defendant after registering the relevant IPC parts including rape, in addition to Pocso Act.
The responsibility was responsible for Pradeep Kumar, said that the defendant Sunil had been arrested and sent to prison.
“We are in the process of recording statements below 164 CRPC.
Further action will be taken based on it, in addition to his medical report,” he added.
