Noida: A man has been arrested for allegedly killing his father for a property dispute from Roopwas Roundabout in Greater Noida, police said on Friday.
The accusation shot his father on Wednesday afternoon, just a few meters from their home and fled since then.
According to the police, the defendant has been identified as Lokesh Bhati, who has opened fire on his father, Vipati Bhati in Palla Village under the Jurisdiction of the Dadri Police Station.
“On Wednesday afternoon at around 2:00 p.m., Vipattram was shot dead by an unidentified allowance of almost a few meters from his house on Jalan Chelta to Palla Village in Greater Noida.

“On Wednesday afternoon when Vipattram left the house, his older son also left home in their Santro car and killed him,” police said.
Lokesh has been captured under Section 302 (murder), 506 (criminal intimidation) from Indian Criminal Code and 25/27 from Act Act.
