Nagpur: A woman caught her 40-year-old son allegedly raped his eight-year-old daughter on Friday.
The defendant was also used to abuse sexually seven-year-old nephew, Hudeshwar police said.
The complainant saw his younger son force himself to his little daughter when he came home from work on Friday.
The man’s nephew, who was present there, stood trembling because he was afraid that it would be the next one.
The police source said the man did not stop breaking his daughter even after noting his mother entering the house and lifting alarm.
According to sources, the defendant had exploited his nephew for days and had unnatural sex.
“The man began raping his daughter in the second week of September.
He will exploit boys and girls alternately,” said a police officer.
The woman rushed to the police station with her granddaughter.
The police bowed accused of his home on Friday night.
On Saturday, the police presented minors in the presence of the Child Welfare Committee and Government Counselors to help them overcome trauma.
The mother of the defendant told the police that “obscene” the son of the son left him seven years ago.
The family also held charges responsible for his older brother’s wife left home.
The defendant, who has a criminal case such as attacks and theft registered against it, is used to pose as a transgender to beg for streets, police said.
Senior Inspector Sarthak Nehete from the Hudkeshwar Police Station said that the defendant was produced before the court on Saturday that returned it in police custody for four days.
Kadan’s son’s child protection officer Shotak Pathhan said that he would now meet minors and advise them.
