Coimbatore: A 37-year-old man was arrested from Annur on Tuesday to attack his 10-year-old sexual daughter.
On Monday afternoon, the man went to his house drunk and did sexual abuse, said a police officer.
The girl went to work at that time.
The girl, a class V student, told her mother about the incident when she returned home after work.
The woman immediately approached the nearest police station and filed a complaint against her husband.
The police registered a case against men under Section 7 (Sexual Assault) and Section 8 (penalty for sexual assault) protection of children from sexual law, Monday night and arrested him the next day.
