Humans are held to threaten, share nude images of women

Mangaluru: The Moodbidri police have arrested a 33-year-old Mason to threaten and share a woman’s naked picture.
City Police Commissioner N Shashi Kumar said on Monday that the defendant had forced him to send his naked pictures and even threatened him.
An officer who investigated the case said the threat of the defendant had increased over the past two months.
The defendant and the victim were married and neighbors.
About three years ago, when the victim was alone at home, he visited him and allegedly hugged him.
Since then he has threatened him that if he failed to send his naked picture, he would tell his family about their illegal relationship.
Worried this, he sent his photo to him.
Then he began to demand money and forced him to have sex.
He was suspected of demanding Rs 20,000 but he gave him Rs 2,000 on August 19 after he threatened to visit his house and show the pictures to his family.
He visited him on August 28 and demanded more money.
When he refused to pay, he shared his naked picture with other people.
He even threatened to commit suicide, holding it responsibly to it.
Based on complaints, a case has been registered with the IPC 354 (a), 354 (d), 384 and 506.
The defendant Vijay Gowda was arrested.
