Humans are sentenced to life for the murder of sis in-laws

Kanpur: Additional Session Judge Kanpur Nagar, Akhileshwar Mishra on Wednesday was said to accuse Kailash Nath Trivedi to undergo a lifelong imprisonment along with a fine of Rs 25,000 to commit murder.
The court ordered if the convicts failed to pay another number, he had to undergo another number.
Two months in a prison at Kidwai Nagar, used to run the paan-gutka shop outside his home.
The Nath, which has several disputes about the house, has filed a complaint in this matter at the Kidwai Nagar police station.
Nath Nath has repaired a daughter’s wedding after the death of his father (complainant) without completing the last ritual because his mother was rejected to attend the wedding after the difference in Widene D, the complainant was further declared in FIR.
On January 5, 2015, his mother Sushma Devi told her on the phone that Kailash Nath behaved badly with her because of a house dispute.
On January 7, 2015 when he reached the house of Kidwai Nagar from Delhi at around 11 in the morning, he found his mother lying in a pool of blood with the gap of his throat opened.
He was killed by Kailash Nath.
ADGC said the prosecution produced around a dozen witnesses in the evidence and proved the case successfully.
The court after going through evidence of the record held by Kailash Nath was guilty of murder and punishing it because of it.
