Bareilly: A woman has been ordered for allegedly celebrating Pakistani’s victory over India in the recent T-20 cricket match.
The incident occurred in Rampi Uttar Pradesh and FIR submitted based on her husband’s complaint.
At least nine others have been captured by the police above so far to celebrate Pakistani’s victory against India.
However, unlike others, the woman was not charged with incitement.
The husband has filed a police complaint with his wife on October 29.
After the pressure was given by the right-wing group, a FIR was finally registered under Section 153A (promoting hostility) IPC, along with Section 67 of the IT Law.
The couple had been married almost four months ago.
This incident was reported from a village under the jurisdiction of the Azim Nagar police station and complaints submitted at the police station Ganj by one iShaan Miyan, against his wife, Rabia Shamsi.
After the Station House Officer refused to register fir, Ishaan approached the police supervisor, Ankit Mittal, along with the screen of the status of his wife’s social media status.
After that, the investigation was ordered and Rabia’s statement was recorded by the police.
The FIR was registered against Rabia on Friday night after the initial investigation.
Rabia said that the phone was used by his niece he accused uploading images.
He said that he didn’t realize it.
He currently lives with his parents and previously registered firs against her husband for domestic violence.
Rampi Police Supervisors, Ankit Mittal, told Tii, “on November 4, a complaint was submitted by Ishaani against his wife, Rabia, who had celebrated Pakistan’s victory over India and used a rough language against Indian players, along with sharing photos not Fun to him a social media account.
