Mumbai: In a surprising incident, a six-year-old boy died and his two siblings were received at Sion Hospital after their father in anger, allegedly giving them rat poison that said it was ice cream.
Mankhurd police have registered murder and tries to kill cases against 27-year-old men who are wage workers every day and do strange work to life.
The incident took place at Sathe Nagar in Mankhurd.
Although the incident occurred on June 25, the case was revealed on June 29 when the doctors at Sion Hospital warned the police about the death of one of three children.
And when the Mankhurd police reached the hospital to record the statement, the mother of Nazen’s son Begum spilled beans in her husband Mohammed Ali Naushad Ansari.
According to the police, the Ansari pair has three children of Alishan (6), Putri Alina and Arman’s two-year-old son.
“Ansari’s couple often fought with money and on June 25, Nazia left her house and went to live with her sister after sleeping with her husband.
In one hour after Nazia left, Ansari took out three children from the house, promising them to buy ice cream,” said Prakash Chougale, Senior Inspector of the Mankhurd Police.
Then, when children began to complain of stomach pain, Nazia took Thetrio to Sion’s hospital.
When the doctors initially asked them, Nazia lied that children accidentally ate rat poison.
However, on Tuesday when his son Alison died, he was angry and decided to tell the truth to the police.
The police then recorded the statement of the two children who told them that their father gave them rat poison that said it was ice cream.
Nazia told the police that if Alison did not die he would forgive her husband.
