The letter: a 25-year-old population was punished by a special court to protect children from sexual violations (Pocso) acting on Friday for raping children under 17 years in April 2013.

“He was taken to a friend’s place with Vasava and locked in a room.
The defendant roses him and then raped him again when he tried to escape,” said Kishore Revalia, the Public Prosecutor.
The minor managed to escape after a few days and notify his family members.
His mother filed a complaint at the Katargam police station after that the defendant was arrested by the police.
“The defendant has kidnapped minor in the past too.
This is the second time and he raped him twice,” Revaliya added.
