Nagpur: A 22-year-old man was sentenced to a rigorous prison and a fine of RS20,000 by the court of the session on Monday after finding him guilty for raping his 16-year-old relatives who were pregnant.
Inmates have also been sentenced to six months in prison and a fine to threaten.
The district and judge kg Rathi have said the verdict that sentenced the defendant in accordance with the amendment provisions based on section 376 (2) (n) (L) from the Criminal Code.
It was studied that the defendant was arrested by the Kondhali police in Nagpur Rural in November 2018.
Assistant officer Investigating Police Inspector Shyam Gabhane had conducted a DNA test to confirm the role of the defendant.
Prosecution was represented by additional Laxmi Khaparde prosecutors.
