Humans have been sentenced to 6 years in prison for suicide

Kanpur: Additional District Judge (IX) Kanpur Nagar on Tuesday punished a husband Rakesh Rajpoot for six years in a rigorous prison with a fine of RS 23,000 for a reduction in suicide.
The court ordered that out of the good number RS11500 will be sent to the father of the deceased and the remaining number of RS (11500) to be stored in court.
According to the Adgc Pradeep Bajpai, a complainant, Sukhdev, the father of the deceased in FIR who lodged in Kakado police on October 6, 2017, claimed that he married his daughter Anshu to Rakesh Rajpoot in 2007 and gave prizes and dowry according to his status.
He alleged that Rakesh, his parents Kallo and Loung-in-law Shree and Brother-in-law Nanhu were used to torture Anshu to bring more dowry.
He also told him on the phone they used to hit him.
On October 5, 2017, after struggling, burn it after pouring kerosene oil.
Then, they admitted Anshu at the LLR hospital and left him alone.
After getting information, he and his family member rushed to the hospital and found him on fire.
He gave up on his burnt wound at around 6pm on October 6, 2017, the complainant stated into the kasing wall and filed chargesheet against Rakesh Rajpoot only.
