Humans live with father’s body for 3 months in garfa

Kolkata: A 40-year-old man was found to live with his body which was decomposed by his father at his garfa house at around 11:30 a.m.
on Monday.
The man, Kaushik Dey, told the police that his father, Sangram (70), a retired non-scientific wing employee from a leading atomic research institute in Salt Lake had died almost three months ago.
Dey’s mother, who has been paralyzed over the past few years, also lives at home.
This incident brought back memories of the incident Robinson Street in 2015 when a man was found to live with the bodies of his sister and the carcass of two dogs for several months.
The police said they would wait to ensure the right time Sangram’s death.
“We have known that the man told me one of his neighbors about his father’s death in November.
We will wait for the post-mortem report to find the reason behind his death and when it happened,” said an officer.

DC (SSD), Radhid Munir Khan, said some neighbors claimed they did not see Sangram since the days of Vishwakarma Puja.
“Sangram and his wife used to order bread vegetables and cooked from a local restaurant run by Sunil Kar which was paid periodically.
Lately, their son, Kaushik, visiting the store and ordering a lower number of rotics.

DC Khan said that retirement received by Sangram every month has not been withdrawn in the last three months.

“Kaushik told us that his father had resigned Rs 30,000 before.
He and his mother have lived with this money in the past few weeks.
Sangram has built a one-story house in 2001 and he was here for the past 20 years,” the officer added .
