Chennai: A man lost Rs 50,000 to an unknown duo in the autorickshaw he took to achieve the Kilparuk MEDICAL COLLEGE and Hospital government on Monday night.
The victim of Narayana Ram, 47 of Rajasthan, was employed at Andhra Pradesh and would see his friend Sanjith who was treated at KMC since August 30.
RAM is a Single Sanjith guard in the hospital, and has borrowed Rs 50,000 from patients.

Shankar, the patient’s brother handed over cash at the Terminus Bus Koyambedu.
RAM then decided to take an autorickshaw because he thought it would be safer for him to travel with money.
When the vehicle leaves the bus stop, the driver automatically allows another man to enter.
The driver told RAM that other passengers had to reach the hospital immediately.
Only when RAM reached the hospital and checked his wallet when he found that the cash was gone.
Based on his complaint, the Koyambedu police have submitted a case against the driver and his aide.
