Nagpur: A 40-year-old man has been arrested in Nagpur for allegedly raping his small daughter and having unnatural sex with seven-year-old nephew, police said on Saturday.
The man was held with a complaint of an eight-year-old girl who told the police that he had raped him for the past two weeks, said an official said.
“On Friday afternoon, the accusation was alone with two children when his parents and brothers went to work.
When the mother was accused of returning home, she caught her to rape her daughter, after that the old woman approached her Hudeshwar police,” he said.
The man’s wife had left her early when she used to disguised it as a transgender and pleaded on the streets, the official said.
Based on the complaints of the victim, the man was arrested under the IPC and protection of children from sexual violations (Pocso) the provisions for rape, unnatural sex, and other violations, said Inspector Sarthak Nehte.
