Bhiwandi: In a surprising incident, the police on Tuesday arrested a 42-year-old man for allegedly raping a neighbor’s little girl and attacked his mother.
The defendant attacked the girl with Lathi when he questioned him about the crime crime.
Rajesh accusations (the name changed to prevent identity) was arrested immediately after the police registered the case against him.
Police said the 11-year-old victim on Monday late at night was playing near his residence when the defendant who lived in a neighbor’s house forcibly took him in and raped him.
The police said after the victim returned to the house late at night, he told his mother about the incident.
Mother who was surprised to visit the defendant’s house to question her about the incident.
The police said instead of apologizing, the defendant took Lathi from his house and attacked the victim’s mother.
The accusation also threatened the victim’s mother and asked him not to approach the police if he would kill him.
After being attacked on Tuesday morning at 3:30 a.m., the victim approached the local Narpoli police.
After registering fir, the police immediately arrested the defendant under the different part of the Indian criminal code.
