Ghaziabad: A 27-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly stealing his two-in-law’s car.
Pulkit Sharma, Defendant, is from Delhi.
Manish Bisht, Sho of Indirapuram Police Station, said that on April 23 this year, Varun Pathak, who also from Indirapuram, complained that his car was stolen from outside his home.
“Pathak parked his car at night but did not find it when he woke up in the morning.
He filed a complaint, and the police submitted a cemetery officer to unknown people under Section 379 (theft), 411 (dishonestly accepted the property of stolen ) and 482 (using fake property marks) from IPC, “he added.
On October 27, Pathak filed another complaint – the second car was stolen in the same way.
“The same part is submitted to unknown people again,” Bisht said.
The police team scans CCTV recording finds pulkit driving with a second car.
“When we asked him, he admitted that he had borrowed a car and made a duplicate key.
He then used the key to steal the vehicle,” Sho said.
A senior police officer said the defendant had told the police that he wanted to buy a sports car but had no money.
“That’s why he stole two cars,” he added.
