Ludhiana: A man struggled and strangled his 42-year-old wife to death in their home in the V of Focal phase on Saturday night.
The police said they accused Sooraj Bahadur Chetri, 50, did not intend to kill his wife Bishnu.
Not realizing he had died, he went to sleep by his side.
The police have arrested Sooraj, a guard in a factory.

Krishna Bahadur, brother of Bishnu, said in his police complaint, “My sister married Sooraj 23 years ago.
