Satara: A man and his wife has been arrested in the village of chaos of Satara Maharashtra for allegedly struggling with pregnant forests for the dispute over forest labor transfer.
The man, a former village head, is a member of the local forest committee.
Sindhu Sanap victim, a forest guard in Khadgaon forest, alleged that since he joined the task, the defendant would threaten him and demand money, but he would reject it.
“While returning from yesterday’s job (January 19), they attacked me, beat my husband with sandals,” he added.
Three months pregnant.
Following the complaints nested at the Talara Talara Police Station against the defendant, was identified as the Head of Ramchandra Jankar and his wife Pratibha Jankar, both of them were arrested by the police.
The case has been registered under Section 352, 353, 354 of the Indian Criminal Code (IPC) against the defendant.
Further investigation is taking place.
The Maharashtra female commission also acknowledged the incident and had taken a detailed report of the Satara Supervisor from the police (SP), further ordered it for strict actions against the defendant.
Satara SP Ajay Kumar Bansal said, “We check whether there are losses caused by the fetus.
If found as a case, the relevant part will be added.
Prima Facie is not found damage.” Meanwhile, condemning the incident, Maharashtra tourism and the Minister of Environment Aaditya Thackeray Tweeted, “the accusation had been arrested this morning and will face the law with the tight.
