Humans were held to attack police police in Bhiwandi

Thane: A 33-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly attacking the police while being taken to the police station to be questioned in the city of Bhiwandi from the Maharashtra district, the police said on Saturday.
The incident occurred at the end of Friday night, when the Chotelal Subashchndra was accused of being a fight with another man, and the police took the duo to the police station to be questioned, an official said.
The defendant was allegedly verbally harassed the police officer Rahul Pawar (35), threatened to kill him and attack him with wood log logs stored in the vehicle, the official said.
Pawar, who sustained a head injury in the attack, was undergoing treatment at a local hospital, he said.
Based on complaints submitted by injured police, a case has been registered with the defendant under Section 307 (efforts to murder) and other relevant provisions from the IPC, officially more.
