Mumbai: Observing that winking on a 12-year-old girl, showed her RS 100 NOT and said “chal mere” (joining me) numbered sexual harassment, a pocso city court had been punished and sentenced to 28 years old – old men to nearly four years at around four years prison.
Holding the defendant, Mohamed Mansuri, guilty, said his actions suggested that he “had taken action without other reasons but sexual intentions to commit sexual violence”.
Mansuri was arrested in March 2017, and was released on the guarantee in January 2018.
However, he fled and was arrested again in May 2018.
He was in prison since then.
The court sentenced him when he served.
The mother’s mother told the court that in March 2017, her daughter came crying and told her about Mansuri.
He said on several previous occasions too, the man followed the girl and made a similar movement.
The mother said she immediately told her husband and they went looking for Mansuri, which they found eating ice cream in the nearest market.
He said with the girl appointed Mansuri, his father arrested the man and slapped him.
Immediately, a gang gathered and beat Mansuri before he was taken to the registered police station and pine.
Among the seven witnesses examined by the Special Public Prosecutor Veena Shelar was the child, his mother, a teacher to help build his age and investigative officers.

“There was no probability brought on records that showed previous hostility between victims and defendants, so incorrectly involved it.
It was not in his testimony to suggest that he was taught in any way so that it fistently depends on the defendant.
