Washington: A man Ohio faced traders up to six months after begging guilty on Friday to conduct non-orderly behavior during the January 6 riots on the US Capitol, where he photographed a friend who was standing at the office of the People’s Representative Level speaker Nancy Pelosi.
Derek Jancart, 39, from Canal Winchester, Ohio, at least the 20th person to plead guilty of criminal charges from January 6 January, when thousands of supporters of former President Donald Trump invaded the building in an attempt to stop the Congress.

According to the Federal Investigation Bureau, Jancart posted images on Facebook from the riots, including photos taken from outside the conference room of the Pelosi carrying the description “we entered.” During hearing before the Federal Judge James Boasberg, Jancart admitted that he stood outside the conference room of the Pelosi and took a photo of his friend, Erik Rau.
Rau is expected to enter a guilty request later on Friday.
Jancart was originally charged with four violations related to riots after his arrest in February.
He pleaded guilty for a count of non-orderly behavior in the US Capitol Building.
He faced a maximum sentence of six months and a fine of $ 5,000, although Boasberg could punish him for a trial period.
The sentence was set for September 29.
