Geneva: Hundreds of medical facilities in Afghanistan are at a close risk because Western donors who finance them are prohibited from dealing with the new Taliban government, said a world health organization official on Monday.
About 90% of the 2,300 health facilities throughout the country may have to be closed immediately after this week, the North Sumatra Regional Emergency Director Rick Brennan, told Reuters in an interview.
