Thiruvananthapuram: The Maranalloor police here on Thursday registered a case in the attempted murder and launched the hunt for a man who allegedly stabbed his brother-in-law because he refused permission to meet with his alienated wife.
The police identified the defendant as Shual, a daily wage worker living in Vlashankara.
Shibin, 32, from Plavila is a complainant.
