SRINAGAR: All parties Hurriyat Conference said that the recent increase in the killings of people in the valley was a “gloomy reminder” of the need to resolve the Kashmir conflict urgently and prevent the area be consumed by it.
In a statement, the chairman of Hurriyat who was imprisoned by Mirwaiz Umar Farooq said the rapidly changing geopolitical reality of this region also referred to the need for urgent conflict resolution.
It was said to silence weapons at LOC by India and Pakistan providing assistance that was needed to residents of LOC which was constantly under the shadows of terror.
“This [ceasefire] also refers to disbursement in Indian-Pakistani relations, it is always a welcome development for the J & K people who see it as a relief of involvement and dialogue between the two neighbors and the way forward to settle Kashmir disputes.

APHC said that it always advocates peace and growth for all people in the region and its strong beliefs that this can really be achieved with Kashmir’s conflict resolution through dialogue among India and Pakistan and the people of J & K.
