The percentage of polls was 86.33 to 19:00 but there might be an increase when voting was still active (after 7pm) in two voting stations, he said.
Polls are held from 7am to 7:00 p.m.
and the administration has established 306 voting stations in elections.
Covid-19 guidelines are implemented in accordance with the instruction of the Election Commission, said Goel.
As many as 2,37,036 voters, including 1,17,933 men and 1,19,102 women, qualified to use their franchise.
Asked whether there were complaints received from political parties, he said many complaints had been received from parties with each other from the beginning of the poll process itself on different problems and they were taken seriously.
His complaint has a different properties, including the distribution of money, regarding speeches, not following the Covid-19 guidelines during the campaign, he said.
The right actions such as the seizure of cash, arrests and others have been taken on complaints, he said.
Almost Rs 3.60 Crore Cash has been confiscated until Saturday morning, he said.
The selection of by-election has been required at Huzurabad considering the resignation of Eatala Rajender in June after its transfer from the State Cabinet on charges of land seizure.
Rajender, who rejected the allegations, had stopped TRS and joined BJP.
He is looking for re-election on BJP tickets.
Although as many as 30 candidates were in Medan, the main contest was among Gellan Srinivas Yadav (TRS), Eatala Rajender (BJP) and Venkat Balmoori (Congress).
Bypoll is a do-or-die battle for Rajender, while it is important for BJP because it aims to emerge as an alternative to the Ruler TRS in the election of the legislative assembly of 2023.
It is very important for TRS and also want to show that dominance in state politics continues to be incomparable.
Vote counting will be taken on November 2.
