Secunderabad: In line with the announcement of the Center recently to monetize public assets, most of the land of empty trains in Moula Ali and smaller areas in Nizamabad will soon be rented by the Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA).
The RLDA Regional Office in Hyderabad has invited an offer for the extensive 21.51-acre train in Moula Ali and 2,204.96 SQ other MTs in Nizamabad.
The price of reserves for Moula Ali’s land has been repaired at RS 86 Crore, while Rs 3.95 Crore for Nizamabad property.
In fact, RLDA, Delhi, has included a total of 16 parcels of land in Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Delhi, Assam, Jammu & Kashmir West Bengal and Telangana.
With all this property located in the main area, RLDA now intends to monetey.
GVVS Raju, Head of the RLDA (Hyderabad) project, told Toi: “RLA has invited open tenders to rent this empty railroad for decades.
The SCR is a land guard.
The last date for the tender submission is 2.” Real estate prices at Moula Ali is estimated at around Rs 10 Crore-30 Crore per Acre, which will make a proper train package anywhere between Rs 200 Crore and Rs 600 Crore.
Officials, however, said that land RLDA was not sold but was only monetized based on rent and ownership with the government.
Deputy RLDA GM Shakeel Ahmed added: “Both land parcels are free from litigation and are in SCR compounds.
Not even an inch of the land has been interrupted.” RLDA, Hyderabad, related to the land in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Odisha and Chhattisgarh , Shakeel said.
