HYDERABAD: Five people, who supposedly made a bogus sale deed by a 40 acre prime property in Maheshwaram by falsely asserting to be the landowners and conspired to market it to some property company were detained by Cyberabad authorities on Friday.
Cyberabad police stated that the prime minister accused, ” Adhinarayana Murthy supposedly spanned eight unique businesses.
Officials stated that Murthy in affiliation with his alleged accomplice _ V Murali Krishna, P Yadaiah, K Ramu, V Ashok _ arrived in touch with the victim and offered to sell 40 acres of property at Golluru village at Maheshwaram.
The sufferer was advised that the property is in the title of a few of those firms owned by Murthy.
They detained revealed sale deed records asserting he had purchased the property from the first land owners.
“The complainant chose to purchase 40 acres of property by consenting to pay Rs 1.40 crore per nest.
The sufferer paid Rs 8.50 crores as advance cash to the accused by creating an RTGS transport.
A memorandum of understanding (MOU) was entered involving the accused and the sufferer from June, 2019.
Regardless of the sufferer awaiting quite a while the accused was postponing citing a variety of reasons,” Cyberabad police commissioner VC Sajjanar stated through a media conference.
After persistent hyperactivity, the accused had contributed that a photocopy of a record which revealed the sale deed had been implemented in the title of the complainant.

Suspecting foul play, the sufferer verified the record at sub-registrar workplace and realised he was fooled by the accused after amassing an improvement of Rs 8.50 crore,” CP stated.
