Hyderabad: With Covid-19 cases on a decline, air travel has begun to take steps.
Hyderabad airport sees an increase in the number of flights throughout the domestic sector.
The Kota Rajiv International Airport recorded a large increase in the Air Traffic Movement (ATM) last month – from more than 100 per day on June 1, 288 on July 25.
More than 8,000 ATMs are recorded from Hyderabad International Airport throughout July.
Predicted, passenger footsteps also grow substantially over the past two months.
The number of daily passengers stood at 10,000 passengers on June 1, increased to almost three times that numbered 29,000 in one day, on July 18.
The airport witnessed more than 6.8 lakh domestic passengers and more than 50,000 international travelers during July.
While the new domestic sector – Srinagar – added to the list of recent RGIA, four new routes will be launched in the coming months, the word release issued by GIAL.
“The purpose of recreation such as Goa, Jaipur and Kochi recorded great growth in the volume of passengers flying out of Hyderabad.
Along with vacation / holiday trips, SME business trips and visiting friends and relatives (VFR) have contributed to the increase in the number of passengers,” he added release.
