HYDERABAD: Medical professionals, medical store employees, suppliers and even donors found it hard to travel through the lockdown on Sunday together with the authorities stopping their vehicles in several areas. Further, both blood and plasma donors that had ventured outside to give blood to destitute patients and needed essential moves were slapped challans. In one incident, a blood clot, Gautham C, that had been coming home after donating blood in Osmania General Hospital, has been fined Rs 1,000 for’disobedience of orders from lockdown S 51(b)’ of DM Act, also in accordance with the challan duplicate.
