Hyderabad: More than half of 10,195 students who register for vaccination – to travel abroad for education – have been given Jab, showing the latest information available with the State Health Department.
The state government of the state has started a special vaccination drive for this student from June 5.
Immediately after the special counters opened at the Institute for Preventive Medicine, Narayanguda, students began to queue in large quantities to get shots.
Even the state government has searched for special permits from the HDI to reduce the time interval between the first and second doses to resolve the entire vaccination process for students.
“The majority of students will go for the fall semester to countries such as the US, Britain and Canada.
Until the third week of June, 6,874 students were vaccinated.
Many of them have received their first shot and have submitted a visa process,” said an official.
