HYD: PVT school to stay with online classes

Hyderabad: Immediately after the Telangana High Court order, many private schools and companies throughout the city decided to continue with online classes when they rolled their decisions to reopen the physical class.
On the other hand, most of the government’s budget and school have decided to only offer offline classes or adopt a hybrid model by offering offline and online classes.
With a banner stating ‘Welcome back’ and balloons at the entrance, the management of Meridian School in Banjara Hills was looking forward to continuing the physical class from September 1.
On the porch, school staff take broad cleaning and sanitization steps.
However, the school must stop preparation after the court order states that it depends on school management only has offline classes or only online or offline and online classes.
“We are ready to welcome more than 300 students for physical classes from September 1.

“Given the order of HC, we decided to continue the online class for now.
According to the academic calendar, the term exam for many classes is scheduled since mid-September.
Therefore, it is only fair to return to online mode for now,” said the Principal of Lata Shankar .
While private schools and companies have decided to continue the online class, budget and government schools called online education become ineffective because Digital Divide.
Because of this, many decided to continue the physical reopening.
Budget schools are worried because they may have to hold an online class for students who decide not to attend the physical class, adding more pressure to the teacher who will work in a hybrid model.
“In most of the budget school, more than 50 percent of parents are willing to send their children to physical classes.
After HC orders, we will not force students to attend physical classes and will ensure that students’ education is not compromised.
At the same time, We will continue the physical class by following all the Covid-19 standard operating procedures, “said Sadula Madhusudan, Secretary General, the School Management Association recognized by the state of Telangana.
