HYD: Teen threatens classmates, making him steal RS 5L

Hyderabad: In a strange case, a 13-year-old child has been ordered for extortion by police Banjara Hills after being charged with threatening his classmates and making him steal Rs 5 lakh from his family.
Some of the stolen money was restored by the police who had also ordered two 13-year-old family members to receive stolen cash.
On the morning of October 28, a 35-year-old mechanical and used car seller from Zehranagar realized that the RS 5 lakh cash he saved in Almirah, was gone.
After asking all his family members, he faced his son, a 7th grade student at a local school, about the missing cash.
“The boy told his father that his classmates forcibly took his books at school and threatened him that he would only return the books if he got money from his house.
The boy’s father also accused that teenagers also threatened to beat his son and Harmful if he doesn’t get the money, “said Deputy Inspector Banjara, MD Hafeezuddin, said.
Based on the complaint of the boy’s father, a case of extortion was registered with teenageers.
The police said that when the boy was questioned in front of an official of the Department of Family and Child Welfare, it was revealed that he gave the money to my uncle who lived in Zehranagar and his mother in Bazargphat.
“We are in the process of recovering money.
When the maximum sentence for violations is under seven years, the boy has been produced before child protection officers and submitted to the family.
Two family members who receive money will be ordered under Section 411 IPC after recovery,” said In.
The boy told his father that his classmates had taken his books forcibly at school and threatened him that he would only return the books if he got money from his house …
