HYD: The driver automatically kills his wife, falsify it as a Covid death

Hyderabad: Close on the heel of sensational murder of a software engineer in Tirupati and the offer to forward it as the death of Covid-19, a similar case was revealed on Saturday with police Rachakonda who arrested a car driver for allegedly killing his wife and buried his body, claiming he gave up on infection.
On June 24, Vanasthalipuram police received complaints from one Dhanavat Bujji who claimed that his 21-year-old daughter Ramavath Kavitha on June 18 may not be natural.
Kavitha’s husband Ramavath Vijay told his parents that he died of Covid-19.
However, family members became suspicious when Vijay asked them not to touch his wife’s body.
Even so, his mother and several other relatives wailed his body.
“The people who touched Kavitha’s body did not get an infection, which led to suspicion.
His mother filed a complaint,” said Police Commissioner Rachakonda Mahesh Bhagwat.
The police said the Kavitha’s body was excavated and post-mortem examination was carried out.
Meanwhile, the police, during the investigation, knew that the victim had been tested negatively for Covid-19 per week before he was killed.
At intense grills, Vijay reportedly spilling beans that Kavitha did not die from Covid-19, but he smothered him to death.
“He smothered him to death with a pillow as he fell asleep.
Then, he shifted his body to his car’s pedicab, took him to his place of origin Nalgonda and completed the last ritual bury him.
He told his family members that he died of Coronavirus,” police said.
When asked about the motive behind the murder, Vijay was reportedly said he suspected his character and killed him.
He was arrested on Saturday and was produced before the judge.
In June, the body of a 27-year-old hearing Hang-pickup was found in a remote place in Tirupati.
Then, the police arrested her husband for murder.
He even tried to fool his relatives and neighbors by saying his wife had died because the Coronavirus and hospital authorities had cremated the body.
