Hyderabad: As part of the ongoing hard action against drug abuse, Hyderabad police arrested 18 people who had marijuana on Sunday after registering 12 cases in various parts of the city.
In Habeebnagar, the police arrested two people and won 900 GM marijuana from the ownership of the defendant.
Both were accused of being arrested during the police patrol.
Officials said that Prima was accused, Dinesh Singh, a resident of Mangalhat, fled.
Meanwhile, Hyderabad police coordinated with the University of Osmania held a awareness program for the benefit of students, who were told about the dangers of drug abuse.
Plaques and fitness programs are used to spread messages among students.
