Hyderabad: Director General of Police (DGP) M.
Mahendar Reddy inaugurated him Bharosa Cyber ​​Lab and people who were missing cell monitoring in the Wing Safety Winger building in Lakdikapul on Tuesday.
DGP said that a new cyber lab laboratory aimed to resolve cases related to women and children in the state.
“This lab will also help investigators and monitor the cyber space to prevent crime.
I hope and believe that the cyber lab staff here will try hard to prevent virtual crime against women and children and also help researchers,” he added.
DGP said that new cells, established in partnership with UNICEF, is tracking missing people and compiling data associated with it.
He said that the team would work further to make data part of the Darpan application and the Trackthemissingchild.gov.in portal.
Data will also be shared with other countries to track children missing from Telangana, he added.
