Hyderabad: The 81st Indian Industrial Exhibition or Numaish is now closed.
The annual exhibition that began in the new year, should be carried out until February 15.
However, after the Covid-19 case surged once more throughout the city, Police Commissioner Hyderabad CV Anand directed the termination.
“Based on the order received from the Police Commissioner, we officially closed the exhibition,” Society Secretary AIIE Aditya Margam was confirmed to the Toi.
He added that the event would not go to this year.
Previously, on January 3, the exhibition had been stopped until January 10 as a precautionary measure.
Moving to Close Numaish has left the merchant, who has received their license for this year’s event, stunned on the prospect of losing a sudden business.
