Hyderabad: In a rescue operation, a group of animal activists in the city to save five puppies fell into a manhole with shaikpet.
The activists were warned about the puppies by locals rushed to the spot and found the mother dog pacing around the hole where the five puppies were trapped.
“We have to employ some of the workers to dig a larger hole near the hole, cut the iron bars beneath the surface and then into the sewer to rescue the puppies.
I have to be quick because there is not much oxygen in the sewer.
While the entire operation takes more than one hour, I made sure that I was wasting time after I went into the sewer, “said Pradeep Nair Conservation Society of Animal Warriors.
In the video, Nair was seen using a torch to find puppies in sewers and rescue puppies with care and reunite them with the mother dog.
“Our team is well trained, and we spent a lot of time researching and learning about the techniques to take different kinds of animals are not just in Hyderabad but also other districts in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh,” said Nair.
