Hyderabad: A Deputy Electricity Engineer who allegedly drove his car with a rash and negligent, finally about two pedestrians in Madhapur on Saturday.
One person died while other people fled with injury.
Madhapur police said that the accident occurred at 3.30 a.m.
at the stretch between the parvathnagnar automatic crossroads and intersection.
The driver of the car, REDDY narender crashed into two pedestrians as they crossed the road.
What was injured was immediately taken to the nearest hospital in the autorickshaw.
The defendant after recognizing the victims at the hospital, surrendered before the police.
The police registered a case against the defendant under Section 304 A (negligence that caused death) IPC.
