Hyderabad: Actor Tollywood Dasari Arun Kumar was arrested by police Banjara Hills because of driving under the influence of alcohol and caused an accident on the road in Syed Nagar on Wednesday night.
The concentration of blood alcohol (BAC) is 405 mg / 100 ml.
The police said that around 11:30 a.m.
on Wednesday, they received a warning about the drunken accident in Syed Nagar in Banjara Hills.
“Our patrol team went to the place and brought Arun Kumar to detention.
When driving a car under the influence of alcohol, he lost control of the vehicle and ran into a vehicle parked on the roadside.
We have registered a case,” said Paljara Hills Inspector P Shiva Chandra.
When the incident occurred, Arun Kumar was alone in the car and no one was on a hurt.
Arun was taken to the police station and was arrested.
He was then released at the station guarantee.
Arun is the son of actor-cum-producer and Dasari Narayana Rao politician.
