New Delhi: Aparna Yadav, son-in-law of the Minister of Uttar Pradesh Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav, after joining the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Wednesday expressed his gratitude to the party and said that “the nation came first” added that he admired the work of Minister Narendra Modi.
“I am very grateful to BJP.
The nation has always been the first for me.
I admire PM Modi’s work,” said Aparna Yadav after he joined a party at the BJP headquarters in Delhi before the State Assembly poll.
“I have also been influenced by the work and the BJP scheme including the Swachh Bharat mission, women’s welfare, work.
I will work with my full capacity,” he added.
Aparna joined BJP today in front of Deputy Chief Minister of Keshav Prasad Maurya and the State President of BJP Swatantra Dev Singh.
Aparna is the wife of Putra Mulayam Singh Yadav who is younger Pratik.
They married in 2011.
For the election of upcoming assembly, Aparna has been looking for tickets from the assembly chair Cantt Lucknow, according to the source.
In particular, Aparna made its political debut in the election of the 2017 assembly in the state by fighting from the Lucknow Cantt seat.
However, he was defeated by BJP Rita Bahuguna Joshi, who had received nearly 63,000 votes.
Besides Polictik, Aprna runs an organization called ‘Baware’ for women’s welfare.
He also manages a shelter for cows in Lucknow.
In the past too, he praised the BJP initiative in the state and also contributed RS 11 lakh to the construction of the RAM temple in Ayodhya.
The selection of 403 assembly constituencies in Uttar Pradesh will be held in seven phases from February 10.
Polling in Uttar Pradesh will be held on February 10, 14, 20, 23, 27, and March 3 in seven phases.
Vote counting will take place on March 10.
