I am the ‘longest guest’ in India, said Dalai Lama

Hyderabad: Tibetan Spiritual Leader Dalai Lama on Wednesday said he was the “longest guest” from India, which would never cause a problem on his host.
In the virtual interactive session with GV Prasad, coegation and the implementing director of the Laboratory of Dr.
Reddy and others, Dalai Lama said India who practiced “Ahimsa and Karuna” (non violence and affection) stand as a role model for other countries.
“As I always mentioned, India is my home.
I was born in Tibet.

He commented that religious harmony in India was extraordinary and there was a “free media.” Describing India as a secular state, the Tibetan leader in exile said he had promoted “Ahimsa and affection”, which is an intrinsic value of India that has been followed for thousands of years.
“With more than one billion populations, India is a perfect example of a religious harmony.
Not for political reasons, but it is because of its people.
Some countries need to follow the Indian principles of religious harmony,” he said.
Dalai Lama suggested medical brotherhood for more compassionate when issuing their assignments.
