I-day: low celebration in Bengaluru tomorrow

Bengaluru: In the midst of increasing concerns over the third wave of Covid-19, the administration of Urban Regency BBMP and Bengaluru have decided to increase the official celebration of the 75th Independence Day in accordance with the guidelines of the pandemic issued by the Ministry of Health Union.
The audience in the Marshal Manekshaw Parade Field Ground will be limited to 500 invitations, including 100 Warrior Corona, 25 survivors, defense officials, among others.
The ceremony will not have a cultural program or airflower, said the head of the BBMP Gaurav Gupta Commissioner.
