Chairman of the Indian Space Research Organization K Sivan, who is also known as ‘Man Rocket Man’ from India for its main contribution in the development of the Cryogenic engine, crediting its teacher for what it is now.

Sivan joined ISRO in 1982 and participated in the PSLV project.
