I have two choices, allow this or take action: Venkaiiah Naidu on Ruckus in Rajya Sabha

New Delhi: Chairman of Rajya Sabha M Venkaiiah Naidu on Friday issued a violent warning to the opposition parliament members who created a commotion and did not allow businesses to be carried out in the upper house of parliament.
Express serious concerns over the behavior of several parliamentarians who protest the Snooping Pegasus line and other problems, he said the behavior lowered the dignity and prestige of the house.
“It was taken to my notification that some members whistled at home.
‘Seeth Baja Rahe Hai Apni Purani Aadat SE’ (whistling due to old habits).
This is home,” Naidu said.
“Second, some members put hands on Marshal’s shoulders.
I don’t know what drives them.” Also, some members carrying placards stand in front of the ministers, block their views, he said.
“There are two ways (to handle this) – one, Ignore this and let this be a bazaar (market).
‘Har oak APNA Seeti Baja Rahe, Bajate Raho’ (everyone can whistle),” Naidu said.
“Second, take action.” The chairman said he was very sorry to say this from the podium.
“I never expected my members to go to that level,” he said.
MPS can protest, walk out of the house, hard against the government and even associate business, Naidu said, adding that some have told him that the business was stopped during the previous regime too.
“I will not discuss it,” he said.
Parliamentarians from the opposition parties have stopped the process in Rajya Sabha since the beginning of the Monsoon Parliament session on July 19 for the problem ranging from the use of spyware-military spyware made in Israel to lurk political rivals, criticism of the government and journalists, to debated agricultural laws and the increase in fuel prices.
The Chairperson of Rajya Sabha, who is also the vice president of the country, said the question and answer hours and zero clock were members of members and not owned by the government.
“All of these things take home to a new low.
I am very worried about this,” Naidu said at the beginning of the business that day.
“I only asked all members to see that the courtesy and dignity of the house was maintained.
It was my truly attraction.
There was a limit to patience and we should not spend the patience of the house.” “The house has decorum, prestige, and exercise.
It must be seen,” he said.
While protesting the problem is fine, dignity and home prestige should not be compromised, Naidu said.
During the question and answer hours, members can ask questions for various problems and gain a response from the ministers concerned, while at zero hours, they can increase the problem of public interest.
But when the name is called to ask questions or present zero clock subjects, members do not respond because they protested in the well, Naidu said.
To educate people about problems, their parliamentarians want to rise during zero hours, Rajya Sabha’s bulletin, who brought the process of that day, would mention them, he added.
