New Delhi: Lawyers in high bets in the Future-Amazon-Reliance litigation on Thursday noted ‘no objections’ to Judge SC became part of the three judges led by CJI NV Ramana even though he and his family members held their shares of the reliance group.
Right at the beginning, Judge Hima Kohli revealed his shares in Ril and said he would raise him if there were parties who objected.

On Thursday, the CJI LED bench said that this problem was considered complicated by asking a lot of petitions, cross pleases and suits.
