New Delhi: Congress Lok Sabha MP Shashi Tharoor has expressed ignorance of his partner Trinamool Congress (TMC) Mahua Moitra allegedly called MP BJP Nishikant Dubey “Bihari Gunda” during the meeting of the parliamentary party on Wednesday.
