Mumbai; Income Tax Investigation (IT) on Tuesday filed a complaint against Maharashtra minister and NCP leader Chhagan Bhujbal, his son Pankaj, Nephew Sameer, a company related to them – Armstrong infrastructure – and Dummy Director in the Civil Court and City Session under the ban on Law – Benami Property Transactions (PBPT).
Allegedly that Armstrong infrastructure was Benamidar from several properties of more value than Rs 100 Crore and Bhujbal, along with PANKAJ and Sameer, the owner was profitable.
When contacted, Bhujbal said, “All of these cases began in 2017, and even before that when PBPT did not appear.
We have challenged all trials before the court of income tax and cases are still delayed.
In addition, we have moved the High Court of Bombay Of course.
