Ahmedabad: Responding to the petition submitted by the IAF Casporal from Jamnagar claimed it was the basic right to choose not to be vaccinated, the center told the Gujarat High Court on Wednesday that the forces had solved employees to take Covid-19 vaccines.
The center told the court that the employee who was fired was based in Rajasthan.
It does not divulge further details.
The government said that Jab had made mandatory for all armed forces personnel.
Assistant Lawyer General Devang Vyas told the court that the nine IAF employees were reluctant to take a shot.
Everything is served by exhibition notices, asking them to explain why their services should not be stopped for ignoring orders to vaccinate.
Vyas said that eight employees answered notifications, and people who failed to respond to was fired.
