Hyderabad: IBM Consulting has prepared new facilities that focus on consulting business process operations (BPO) in UPPAL in Hyderabad.
While IBM does not determine the size of a new center or its recruitment plan, said new facilities will be focused on BPO consultations in several domains such as finance & accounts, procurement & supply chains, and industrial specific processes, and industries including risks & compliance.
This facility is mainly intended to help clients achieve digital transformation goals by utilizing IBM’s talents and abilities in the process of re-process, data and technology, IBM says, adding that new capabilities will help execute the Hybrid Cloud & AI IBM strategy.
IBM said the team in place will also collaborate with IBM India Software Labs in Hyderabad to bring AI and platform offers to rearrange smart workflows in client operations.
This site will also function as a reserve for the BPO center in Chennai and Bengaluru.
At present, the Indian footprint IBM consultation business process operation includes Bengaluru, Gurugram, Noida, Chennai, Pune, Mysuru and Mumbai.
