Hyderabad: IBM on Monday said that it has established new facilities to offer the client’s business process operating consultation (BPO) from IBM Consulting in Hyderabad.
New facilities will be focused on business process operations in several domains such as finance & accounts, procurement & supply chains, human resources & recruitment, and industrial specific processes including risks & compliance.
This facility is intended to help clients achieve their digital transformation goals utilizing talents and IBM abilities in the process of re-engineering, data and technology, he said.
IBM said its business process operation provides an integrated business experience and business value for organizations using agile methodology, advanced mining processes and smart workflows supported by Hybrid Cloud and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
In financial organizations, for example, it provides insight into core functionality such as working capital optimization, leakage expenditure, reducing errors / exceptions, and others.
New facilities, designed with open and agile themes, will also have special workspaces to collaborate with clients through the IBM garage, a collaborative approach to fast track innovation and meaningful drives, added.
This facility will also present additional functions to enable resilience to IBM consultation by acting as a backup site for the business process operating center in Chennai and Bengaluru.
The team in place will also collaborate with IBM India Software Labs in Hyderabad to carry AI offers and platforms to rearrange smart workflows in client operations.
At present, Indian traces The IBM consulting business process operation includes Bengaluru, Gurugram, Noida, Chennai, Pune, Mysuru and Mumbai.
